Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. Service description

TradeSDK provides an API (via the Model Context Protocol) that gives AI agents access to product data from Australian trade suppliers including Bunnings Warehouse and Nuway Landscape Supplies. The service includes product search, product detail lookup, stock availability, and pricing data.

2. Account and API keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Usage and rate limits

Your plan determines your monthly credit allocation and rate limits. Exceeding your credit allocation will result in API calls being rejected until credits are replenished or additional credits are purchased. We reserve the right to change rate limits with reasonable notice.

4. Payment and billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Credit packs are one-time charges. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if the service doesn't meet your needs — contact [email protected].

5. Data accuracy

Product data (prices, stock levels, specifications) is sourced from third-party suppliers and may not always reflect real-time conditions. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that data is current or complete. You should verify critical information directly with the supplier before making purchasing decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to: (a) build a competing product or service; (b) scrape, redistribute, or resell supplier data outside of the API; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication; (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Enterprise customers may negotiate a formal SLA separately.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeSDK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may terminate your account with 30 days notice if you violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
